This subway is close to my house and I used to frequent it a lot. However, recently the quality has been lacking and it's worth the extra 5 minutes to go to other locations. I actually used to work for Subway for about a year and a half, so I know a good amount about how Subway bakes there bread, which is usually amazing. This location has been consistently dropping the ball on the bread, as you can see from my photos, it is very hard and stale. It crumbles when pressure is applied and overall just completely ruins the sandwich. I don't know if you are serving people last night's baked bread (which can be fine with a little quality control) or if your sandwich artists are not getting the proofing or baking stage done correctly, either way, I have received sandwiches with vile bread on multiple occasions. Everything else was fine, though the employees do rush you a bit, they were still courteous and attentive. Really hope you fix the bread, I'd be glad to return at that time.

Ordered a small platter for pick up next day. I come in to pick up, they don’t see my order. Terrible service!!
