Total time wasted here was 35 minutes. We stood in line for 30 minutes. They didn't have change for cash, and were severely disorganized. It took the shift lead 3 minutes to arrange meet on someone's sandwich. THREE MINUTES. Service is awful, and the shift leader (Her name starts with a K), should be fired. I've never experienced anything like this. Why don't you train your employees in the art of customer service, and explain to them the meaning of haste. If I could rate this store at a 0 star, I would. Totally shameful.

There is a serious fruit fly problem in the bread and cookie cabnits, way understaffed, the trashes in the lobby are so full I couldn’t fit any more trash in a couple. If you want to eat while visiting the outlet mall I advise you travel to different location cause this subway is not appealing or appetizing.

Staffing is starting to pick up and the wait times have dropped. Great improvements!

Stopped by before hitting the road back to Texas. Stood in line at least 15 minutes, only to be told they have no roast beef, veggie patties or avacado. Several people walked out. This is unacceptable, its in a popular location what's the problem. Next time I visit it won't choose that subway for sure.

This place was incredibly sad. The girl working the counter didn't even know what was on the menu directly behind her.
