I'm sorry. But I just had the most rude encounter from a "manager " I've ever had.  I was going to pick up some things for a business. She berates me because they called trying to place their order and the employees didn't answer the phone because they were "busy". There was only room for 3 people on the line and there was 4 employees. I'm aware that there's an app that allows you to place the order online. But customer service should still be a thing that happens. This just gave me a bad taste for the store.

This place has been here forever but it still tastes fresh. Subway eat fresh
