I would have given 5 stars as I really enjoyed eating breakfast there more than once a week. Josh was the best and always took great care of his customers and was a joy to talk to in the morning. I went in this morning and apparently they are once again, under new management and it was a terrible experience and I understand most of the previous staff is no longer there. I will not be going back ever again. Josh should have been your "new management" He was the best employee you had. Made customers feel welcome and it wasn't just me, I saw it in everyone he spoke to. Too bad for you, and I'll spread the word . Another co worker of mine always went for lunch salad. Plenty of other subways around town. You would get no star at all from me, but unless I clicked on at least 1, it wouldn't let me post. To the owner...I have even called you to let you know how great the service was in the morning and what a great job Josh was doing for you, I'm sure you remember, or maybe you just didn't care

RUDE RUDE RUDE staff. Was there Sunday the 5th about 11:30 and had 3 of the rudest staff working. We ordered our sandwich (turkey breast and ham) The girl started to put turkey on one 1/2 of the bun and ham on the other 1/2. I explained the sub was to be shared and we would BOTH like BOTH turkey and ham. She became aggregated and yanked all the meat off and tried to start over when the 2nd lady stepped in and took over. She was also rude and snappy when asking what else we wanted on the sub. NEVER have I been in any Subway where the staff was that rude....NEVER AGAIN!!!! If staff cannot be customer service minded they need to find other jobs!!!!!
