I did an online order and when I got there much after my pick up time, it was not ready. But they apologized and made it right away, putting me at the front of the line. Plus Faith manager called me later to offer me another free sub, two cookies and a drink for another time. Yeah they messed up, but they redeemed themselves and as always, delicious. Thank you!

The staff during the day are very nice people and always wear a smile on their face! Night crew is also very good at getting you in and out as quickly as possible.

If that's necessary I don't want to because it was horrible maybe it was a new guy they just started a week ago at any rate I am a fan of subway because of Medal of Honor recipients Sal Genta Medal of Honor recipients and I will not give up on subway but this particular time this the guy was new takes time think I'll give you a 2
