I went to Kalona as a tourist. As a vegetarian, I usually get the veggie patty, which this location, regrettably, did not have available. 
However, one of the employees heard that I was looking for some Amish settlements, and she gave me directions. Since I had to go on dirt roads with few road signs, I did not get where I was hoping. After about 1.5h, I returned to the same Subway restaurant to use their facilities. The employee asked me if I found what I was looking for. And when I told her that I couldn't find the settlements, she said that it was the end of her shift and told me to follow her. car. That's was an amazing and unexpected customer service. Thank you very much!
