I had the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had here!!! The workers were so kind and welcoming and they gave me only the freshest of food! I've never written a review until now so that's saying a lot. I would've given them 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend this Subway to anyone :)

Very Clean and amazing staff!  I would recommend this place to everyone.  Thank you for having such an amazing and welcoming location.  Food was fresh and the service was super fast!  Keep up the great work.  Voted # 1 in Las Vegas and Henderson.

The dude making sandwiches right now has to be the SLOWEST in the world. Also I cannot believe the manager didn't schedule another person to work Halloween night.

I went there and order my bread asked that it be toasted and was treated rude and discriminatory by 2 staff who absolutely refused to complete my sandwich.  It was a 3rd employee who made my sandwich for me. The first girl took my initial order put the bread in the toaster and then took it out slammed it on the counter walk to the cash register and said go finish that sandwich over there the TOASTED ONE.

The young lady walk over to me the lady behind me went ahead because she gestures to complete my order, and when that lady move ahead the girl walked away and went to the cash register.  I had to wait because both employees refuse to serve me. The other young lady is the one who served me she was very professional in the fact that she noticed that the Tuna needed changing so my Tuna was fresh.

I called its into the 800 numbers and then called the business, however I called the wrong subway and the woman there was very kind, she even offered to buy me lunch.. how sweet of her.

I called the actual store and left a message for the owner or manger to call me. He did call I told him what happened and he immediately jumped to a defensive position, and said BUT YOU WERE SERVED.. I replied yes but 2 of your employees refused to serve me they both walked away and left my bread on the counter.  I suggested he look at the video and he said he was about too do that and call me right back.

2 days passed so I called the 800 number because I didn't like his response, because basically he said you were served and he shrugged it off, and neither did he get back to me.

After calling the 800 number 30min later he called me .  I began to explain and he cut me off and said that the other store took care of me already.  I said well no it wasn't the other store who did that and I didn't call you for a FREE MEAL.  I called with a complaint that 2 of your employees refused me service he replied IT DIDN'T HAPPEN..

I said did you watch the video he said NO my employees said it never happened... He adds and what I do you wouldn't be told that..

I said you never watched the video he replied NO..

THEN HE BEGAN TO SAY I WAS YELLING AT HIM AND PRETEND I WAS AN ANGRY BLACK FEMALE.

At which point during the entire call on both accounts he was rude and he never investigated my complaint and its the way he handled it this business Discriminates and its coming from the owner of the business allowing it, and not training his staff that all customers are paying customers.  Refusing to serve me because I was Black joking about my preference to have my bread toasted and refusing to make the sandwich is discriminatory..

The Owner didn't believe me because I am BLACK he didn't view the video and took them for their word.. that is discriminatory within itself.
