I love Subway. It's fresh, it's clean, however I feel the Bucyrus location should have more help. I was on my way back to town so I was going to call in an order and the associate refused to take my order over the phone stating they were too busy. When I arrived at the store, which was ten minutes later, no one was in the dining room and there was no one waiting in line.

Rarely so busy that you can't get your food quickly.  Most of the time the service is fast n friendly but there are a couple of employees who don't seem to want you to bother them.

Everyone is really friendly and quick at getting your orders. The subs are absolutely amazing.
