The only reason why I come to this subway because it's right down the street from me. First of all every time I walk in there all the employees have a bad attitude, they are never friendly. I think my 3 year old listens better then they do. They can never get a sub correct (especially in the drive through) I always order an unsweetened ice tea and I always ask if it is, and when it's not I get a nasty attitude and I say the same thing to them all the time "it's not my fault you mess up, it states it on the receipt", I was just there and ordered a meatball (via drive thru) I asked for it NOT to be toasted, and use what.. it was toasted (actually it was burnt, I had to throw it away when I got home). I hope the managers read these reviews, you can actually learn something from your customers. Maybe this store needs some new employees

In my opinion is a excellent rest because the food is fresh and healthy, the staff is very friendly and happiest, my wife and my spend a great dinner on it.

The speed was up to standard, but the sandwiches were terribly messy. Lettuce and condiments everywhere. Wrapped poorly and literally thrown into the bag. The subway usual of one napkin per bag, which I will never understand. With the messy sandwiches we needed a stack of napkins. Employees working were using the sandwich making time to critique each other's work commenting on how the other was doing it poorly. Not great from a customers perspective. Needs work.

Not my first subway, got the chicken teriyaki..and what a mistake ..chicken absolutely disgusting..probably old and the bread totally soggy..I do not know how they store their product ..and i think i do not want to.

Poor service.chopped salad took forever.2 ladies were talking ...running around for drive in order...third guy was probably eating his lunch.long queue.messed up next customer order.
