when I went in there was a gentleman at the check out being tended to by one employee, the other employee was taking care of a lady in front of me, who had a large order, then it was myself and one person behind me. (I only have 1/2 hour to drive there grab a sandwich and and eat on my way back to work). when the lady on the register was finished with the gentleman, instead of coming to the next customer, which would be me, she decided to help the other lady make sandwiches for the one in front of me. I asked her to make my sandwich because I had to go go and I had waited my turn, apparently that made her upset and she asked me what I wanted and if I wanted it toasted, I said yes. When my sandwich came out of the toaster, she put it on the side and politely went to the next customer. So here I am again waiting for my food while lady #1 takes care of the customer with the list and this other creature goes to the next customer. very poor customer service if you ask me. Needless to say, I have never been back.

My kids and I come here about 2 times a month, after they take their Krav Maga class a few doors down at Alpha Omega Combatives. I dropped my business card 💳 in their drawing container, and I got a phone call telling me I won! So thrilled and the food is SO good. We are grateful that not only is the staff exceptional, but we always have good service and food no matter when we come. Keep up the great job and Thanks so much for the free meal! By far the best Subway I have ever been to. The staff are extremely nice and caring people. They are very attentive and actually care about your experience in their restaurant. Always very clean, neat, and fully stocked. I know you are thinking, "come on its only a subway", but I have been going to this subway for about a year, and EVERY TIME I walk in they happily greet you, make your sandwich NEATLY and with perfection of how you like it, and the only Subway I have ever been to that offer you new menu items to try for free (dressings, cookies, meat, cheese, etc...). I have a couple Subways closer to me from my work, but will drive an extra mile or two to spend my lunch break at this Subway because of a guaranteed experience. This staff is so attentive that when they see me walk in, they just start making my sandwich because they know what type of sandwich I like, what I like on it, and how to properly prepare it. Will continue to go here as long as I work close by.
