My daughter has some developmental disabilities and needed to use the bathroom on a 3 hour trip and whoever was working this morning at 8am, female employee, told my husband and daughter she could not use the restroom, that they were for customers only. By the way no one else was in their parking lot. Needless to say my husband was livid, and had some colorful language. So in the future we won't be choosing Subway for any quick sandwich options. My daughter asked why that lady didn't want her to use the bathroom. ☹️ It saddens me. That's all I can say. I wouldn't turn a kid out if they needed a bathroom break.

I only go to this subway location because I've always have had the best service and friendliest employees. I really like going when I know Sarah is working because she knows what I want and what toppings I get every time
