There is good parking available and very good service

I stood in line, they didn't tell me that I would have to bring a copy of my credential, I asked for the courtesy of a copy and no... to leave and come back... you know one thing, there is a lack of judgment and solidarity, I work in hospitals with covid and seeing that lack of empathy makes me think that I should be a better person than them because there is a need for good people in the world

It's 9:10 am and they haven't opened yet, there's no staff inside the branch or notices that they won't open!

People in this place hardly classify as working, preferring to spend their time gossiping about pregnancies, drinking Coca Cola, "playing stroller races" to name the worst behaviors. All this while there is a huge line of people waiting. I know that banks are not known for good customer service but it is certainly the worst treatment I have ever received and it seems that they are paid, that they make an effort to behave like this.

Bad service and it says that they open at 9 am and open whenever they want at 11 12 pm

For things like updating data, they give an appointment of up to a month when there are banks that do it for you without the need for an appointment. I think they might give appointments for those periods for other operations.

The worst service of all the banks, you find them in Banamex.... 4 hours of waiting to be attended to.... And the very bad-tempered bank staff serve you...  The Manager, the most pedantic woman I have ever met...

There is a lack of punctuality, they believe that those of us who are here at 9 are so they can serve us at 10.
