My last experience at this car wash. Took my money. After about 2 mins of trying to get the wash to activate it cancelled the wash, spit out a "refund slip" and told me the wash was now closed. This was about 3 weeks ago now. Haven't been able to get a response from them and still no refund.

I have used this wash several times over the last couple years; before this last and final experience. Mostly out of convenience in the summer because the undercarriage wash in particular is laughably bad for Wisconsin's climate. It's just a light spray as you drive in that obviously won't do much of anything to blast away a meaningful amount of salt.  

A decent enough wash if your not worried about caked on salt/snow but absolutely avoid this place in the winter.  And I guess pray that it won't steal your money.

It's everything I expect from a touch-free car wash. It's not the best but it gets the job done. 

$10 gives​ you the undercarriage clean, it's the first thing to start when you enter building so go slow at first!  

Don't expect to receive receipt if going during a heavy usage wash time... For example winter washing peak season

Not exactly what I would expect from a $11 car wash can you tell where I wiped my truck down? Not sure if it got any dirt off of it

Overall decent car wash. The no touch side does not dry the vehicle completely and really leaves the back still wet.

The car wash works great when it works. This will be the 4th time it malfunctioned on me and still no refund as the recipt printer doesn't work half the time. I was there the last time on 1/16/16 and I paid $11 for the works, i received a underbody flush and was then prompted to pull out. Without rights for the wrongs I will not return.
