I exchanged my CO2 tank last week and was told the new one was full even though it didn't feel like it. It ended up lasting a week. I spoke to a gentleman today who refused to do anything to help me. Poor customer service. There's too many beer stores in Bridgeville with great selection and customer service to continue to use Sudsys.

Customer service is pretty bad here. Needed to order some beer for a wedding and the employee I spoke with gave me an absolutely ridiculous answer followed by a high pressured sale. Didn't feel honest. Wouldn't go here again.
