Does anyone work here?  There are no phone numbers posted to contact anyone for anything.  My clothes where lefy by mistake I came back first thing in the morning there were gone and I have no one to ask.  This is ridiculous!!! No Customer service what so ever!  Just give us your coins and leave....crappy place.

"Last wash at 8:00pm" 

I walk in yesterday at 7:46pm to wash my laundry and "Pete" said I couldn't do laundry there because (his words) "I still have to deal with these customers that got here right before you and I'm supposed to be off in 30 minutes" So I told him that the sign said "Last wash at 8:00pm". He said it was past 8 on the clock up on the wall. I didn't even bother to look up at their clock. I point at his phone and ask him to check the time on his phone. He said, "I go by the time on my wall, I'm the owner here." 

Pete, if you are the owner, your business is going to the ground soon. 

If Pete is not the owner, then he needs to be fired immediately. Other than being unprofessional, he got in my face in a challenging manner. A 1-star rating is far too much for this place. 

GO TO LOVE LAUNDRY IN MIDTOWN SACRAMENTO INSTEAD. They are way more professional, they're open till midnight, and drying is free there.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star!!!!! Had my kids clothes stolen from here!!! But laundry attendant was very helpful and empathetic in the seemingly horrible situation. Shady people around this place.
