Nasty attitude attendant....dryer was broken. No broken sign on the outside of the door. Put my clothes in the dryer and started the machine and the out of order sign is INSIDE the machine spinning with the clothes. I immediately stop the machine and told the attendant/boss whomever she was and she says in broken English "nothing we can do...you dont see the sign" Ummm no because it was spinning inside with the clothes Not clearly visible outside. She refused to reimburse the little $1.50 to use another dryer. She was a PURE JERK!! Wish that I could give them 0 star, but here is 1 star because another attendant did assist me when she left. PLUS they have massive rats running around their establishment. PS don't park in the back by the green fence and clothes drop off area rats bigger than your hand roam freely. Never again!!!

Horrible Laundromat attendant. The old lady at night has a dishusting attitude. The machines will be full of laundry she has to tend to yet haven't. She wont let you use machines you want when no one is using them Honestly she has definitely made me Sudzy Laudromat as a hoodish laundromat just when I thought Sudzy was the difference. Dont come here unless u want to be here longer then necessary with a rude staff.

Good place to go when you want to go a certain hours anytime of the day or anytime of the night

This place is run by unorofessions that do not know how to wash clothes they damaged our clothes and blamed it on us a chapstick that they couldn't produce.Carrina the day manager kept our damaged clothes & reimbursed us for the cost of the wash & told us to show her a receipt for every damaged piece of clothing &she will refund our money really how professional is that I will never wash my clothes there again.
