Today I had to have my key fob reprogrammed for my car. Since I couldn't start it ,the locksmith had to come to my house. Kevin was the technician he was very polite,knowledgeable and thorough, he even jumped my car since it's been so cold and hasn't been on since early Saturday morning . I highly recommend this establishment, all were very helpful and polite.

Called before went there price for IC Core cylinder rekey. Got exact amount over the phone, Because i knew exactly what i wanted to do. Went there gave them cylinder and confirmed price one more time, Guy told me to come back after one hour (It's 10 minutes job, I was only one customer in the shop). After one hour went there to pick up my cylinder, Guy started BS'iting That their PC frozen and it's very slow. They tried to charge me some kind of setup fee and something else which wasn't make any sense. He had no idea what he was doing. If you don't know how to do it, Why would you waste my time?!! Just say no!! Long story short, They tried to charge me double than they told me over the phone. Ended up going to another shop, My cylinder was ready in 10 minutes, Charged me $25 gave me 2 extra keys for free and Suffolk County Locksmith wanted to charge me $79 for same job.

My advice, Always confirm price at least twice, Get invoice written full amount before they start working on your lock. Also don't forget to shop around!

We were locked out of the house tonight and attempted to reach a few "24 hour" locksmiths nearby us in Port Jefferson but could not get a response.  One that we tried to reach at least directed us to Suffolk County Locksmith and we reached Kevin on the phone.  He was courteous and extremely helpful and came right out at about 1AM.  The locksmiths around here could not drive 5 minutes and Kevin drove 1/2 hour and arrived with a smile on his face and solved the problem without breaking a sweat.  Tremendous!!  I highly recommend these guys and I will be using them in the future without a doubt.

I had my locks changed on 3 doors of my new house by Kevin. I cannot tell you how nice, friendly, personable and professional Kevin was and what a fantastic job he did. From the minute I walked in the store, the friendliness of all the employees, especially Donna, was refreshing. I will be sure to use them anytime I need locksmith services. You should too.
