My Ex was an assistant manager for a couple of years and I've been banking there for the last 11 years....THE GOOD....most inexpensive loan interest rates, free(ish) checking, no minimum balances, no fees...THE BAD AND UGLY....Customer service well below average. Teller and management positions are the most underpaid people in the local banking community. There are no Rockerfellers banking here! They are understaffed so you might want to bring a book for anything more than a deposit or withdrawal. There computing system was ancient 11 years ago, better now but not cutting edge tech. Blue collar banking anything else..go to the Big Boys...

Worst bank I've ever dealt with.  Been receiving wire payments in my account for 15 years.  Have used pretty much every bank their is.  This bank has the worst wire department of all time.  The tellers and bank staff are clueless and usually need me to tell them how to do their jobs.  They have no clue how the banking system or federal reserve work.  Very unprofessional.  If you make a good living and your money arriving in a timely matter is important, this is not the bank for you.  If you want to cash in a jar of change then they would be perfect. Accounts closed! DO NOT BANK HERE!

I have been a very satisfied member for many years. When I have a problem they handle it quickly and get back to me with an answer.
