The last time I visited with my daughter the front desk was extremely rude. The lady made me wait at least 10 minutes behind the glass while she gabbed away on the telephone. She would not even recognize me. I'm considering another dentist. On the way out again no one even looked at me. Not a thank you for coming or anything. Not even a glance. Then they had the audacity to call my wife and tell her I did not pay the bill. Maybe if you weren't busy talking you would have seen me leaving.

I hope that this is the 'raving'est' rave review that has ever been written because Dr. Coniglio is a ROCKSTAR. I have a special needs son who has had constant issues with his mouth and he was in so much pain! Dr. C. went above and beyond to make sure my son was out of pain as soon as possible- and he is gentle, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and absolutely a friend to the special needs community as well as every frightened child who needs skill and kindness combined. My son is home resting comfortably from the hospital because Dr. Coniglio got him an emergency appointment in the O.R on HIS day off, and he fixed everything. He listened to my every word and included me in my sons treatment options and plan. He genuinely cares! I have had multiple conversations with people who fear taking their child to a dentist because of lack of compassion or even judgement being passed- and I am so grateful that I have never experienced anything like that at Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Coniglio should 100% be the pediatric dentist to every child in the area but especially the special needs kids! My son will be a patient of Dr. C's until he throws us out 🤗 I send out my heartfelt thank you to Dr. Coniglio, his staff and especially Rae in the billing office, who was so incredibly accommodating and helpful on my budget. I can never repay you for the kindness and the healing of my son. Thank you, Dina

Very professional and friendly. The pedodontist was incredibly sweet and patient. She entertained my 3yo and conducted her filling extremely well. I was told that my daughter needed 2 root canals and came to this location for a second opinion... So glag that did! She has had 1 procedure thus far and they were able to avoid the root canal. I will be bringing her back tomorrow and I'm confident that she will receive the best care.
