This is the best coffee house in Lubbock in my opinion.  Everything they make from their speciality coffee drinks to their pastries and kolaches are expertly crafted.  The service of the staff is always friendly and they are willing to go the extra mile to please their customers.  As far as atmosphere, it is exceptional with large tables for groups or small tables and bar style seating for the individual.  Most people forget they also have a patio accessed through the back of the establishment if you want to enjoy some sun on those warm days.  Overall, I can't state how much I love this place and I don't think you will be disappointed trying Sugarbrowns out.

Lovely place. I had to stop here for a couple of hours while waiting on a friend to pick him up from the airport. Lots of seating. Welcoming employees. Great hot chocolate. I'm pretty sure they have their own WiFi I didn't see the code and I didn't want to ask so I just used my own hotspot. 

They had some board games and a couple of couches as well as smaller seating and large tables for groups.

Crazy hip and absolutely a cool place to hang out!  The kolachies were incredible and the coffee was some of the best I've ever drank (and I spend time in Austin)!
