Overall: bad customer service, very loud music, and mid-quality food. The place is pretty, but only go for the fancy $39 drinks Also be aware that there is a 20% service tax. That adds up quick with how expensive it is and that is not to be confused with an automatic gratuity, because a tip is still suggested. 2nd experience: poor customer service, very loud music, sitting by outside and very cold, drunk person trying to take peoples leftovers multiple times, sitting 1-2 ft away from people walking by, people approaching my table trying to sell me things, multiple people stopping to ask questions about my food and drink as they walk by, couldn’t taste any alcohol and the dry ice went out in less than a minute on the $39 drink, and we only went for the 24k gold burger, but they were out of gold. I had a reservation and when they tried to sit us by the outside I politely asked that we sit at another one of the open tables. The hostess denied and said they couldn’t do that because they had more reservations coming. Well, they sat 2 of us at a 4 seat table and I had reservations too. There was at least 3 other 4 seat tables tables that never had anyone sit at them the entire time that were far away from the cold outdoors. Every waitress just looks annoyed that they are there. On a positive note, a waitress did stop the man from trying to take the leftovers and had a sweet gesture of buying him a milkshake instead 1st experience: went late at night on a random weekday with very few people there. Music was much lower, got great service, and the drink was perfect. Pulled pork and sliders were pretty good too.
I love this place. Will definitely come back again. It's so funny and entertaining when they dance for individuals birthdays and they have the best playlist ever. The food was so yummy as well. This place is a must for sure. My family had the best experience and prices were decent. It's also such a great place for cute pictures as well.
Atmosphere a 3 because the music was annoying. You could hear 2 different songs at the same time. The DJ would suddenly blast the music, change the song, turn it completely off. It was annoying. Our server was nice and the everything we ate was really good.Food: 5/5
I went here to celebrate a few birthdays. The Sugar Factory does a good job of singing “happy birthday” wit a lot of energy to the intended person. Unfortunately, I was not impressed for all of the hype I have heard about this place. The music was WAY too loud, so much so that I could not have a conversation without shouting at the person who was sitting right next to me. The atmosphere is really not “kid” friendly because of the type of music that was played. The restaurant was also VERY chilly, so it was difficult to become comfortable. To Women’s Restroom was filthy, paper towels everywhere, toilet paper strewn all over the commode and a stall that was “out of order”. The food was mediocre at best, nothing that I could not have made at home. My lemonade did not taste like lemonade. It was more like water with a hint of lemon. I had originally ordered and Arnold Palmer, but they had run out of sweet tea. We ended up cutting our meal short, asking for to-go boxes, payed for our over-priced meal and left the restaurant. Our server was great! Awesome customer service, but I will not be back.
The drinks are delicious as well as the food. Loved the decorations in the restaurant/bar. The colors and decor were beautiful. The manager was awesome and our server was so sweet and attentive. I will definitely have to come back and try brunch with my daughters plus take advantage of the happy hour specials. Happy customer and I will definitely return.
We came on a Sunday afternoon, initially it wasn’t too busy but quickly filled up. I would definitely make reservations. Food was better than I anticipated based on other’s reviews. I really liked my Turkey burger, the sliders, and onion rings. My friends didn’t really like the tacos. The drinks were good but definitely more juice or candy than alcohol. Our server Rose was amazing! Overall this is a great place to come for a celebration or something sweet.
Had an amazing experience during my visit. Felicia treviño was our server and did a wonderful job at recommending food and answering all of our questions.Food: 5/5
Food and service were great! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday memorable!Food: 5/5
Scott was absolutely amazing we celebrated 4 years of marriage n he was nothing but a great time. Never failed to neglect us. Sweet guy! And took our pictures as well. Plus the atmosphere was so beautiful and the drinks and spinach dip was delish!Food: 5/5
Place was really loud! The music was not kid friendly. The server was nice though although I had the hardest time hearing him due to the music. We ordered dessert only and they were just “ok”. The bathroom was nasty! The 20% that’s automatically added is insane on a bill for 2 people, they do have a sign telling you about it at the front when you come into the restaurant so its not a surprise.
