Dr. Johanna Greenberg is absolutely amazing. She is the best doctor I have ever been to. She helps me through my health journey rather than completely taking charge and acting like she knows everything. She knows her stuff and she also knows when to consult with other specialists and to get the best information and care possible for her patients. She listens. She is not condescending like so many other doctors are. If every doctor was like her it would change the face of medicine for the better. My whole family goes to see her and I hope it stays that way for a long time.

Made an appointment for 1:40. Arrived at 1:42 and was told very rudely that I was too late for my appointment. This is the second time this has happened in 2 months. They claim now my appointment was for 1:20. I have the voicemail that says 1:40. No apologies. Just excuses and reiterating their late policy. On a separate occasion they had me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, then in my appointment they mixed me up with someone else and tried to give me her prescription. And lastly, on two separate occasions I've heard the staff here making fun of special needs patients. Don't waste your time. Go where they take care of their patients and know how to run a functional doctor's office.

I came here as a new patient a few weeks ago, had a physical and have been calling for my results once a week. I see the results are in my online chart but I don't know what they mean. When I call they say they aren't ready. This morning I woke up to an online message with another result saying I'm positive for something. No explanation. No phone call. Just the name of the disease. I work in a medical clinic and have for years, I have NEVER heard of a physician (their MA usually calls) not calling you with your results especially a positive one! Last thing you want is a patient thinking their dying or being scared like I am right now. There are too many great doctors out there that are compassionate and professional, don't waste your time here.

1- The nurses were some of the nicest I’ve ever met, so I was very happy about that. 2- The woman on the phone could not tell me if they took my insurance - and could not direct me to the correct department to do so. 3- The individual that saw me did not know the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack. I went in to establish care with a regular doc to treat an anxiety problem I’ve had for 10+ years. If you’re going in to get treated for a cold, this place is probably great. If you need any sort of regular care with someone who knows what they’re doing, save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

I chose this place when I was pregnant and Dr. Van Hala was amazing. I also chose a doctor who was an intern here, Dr. Duncan, for my son's pediatrician and I wish he was still there! I now personally see an AMAZING intern, Zoe Cross, as my primary care physician. I may just follow her wherever she ends up because she is that good. Needless to say I have really enjoyed this clinic and they have taken great care of me and my son. The parking was a little hard for a while but they have solved the peoblem and I have no complaints!
