This is the best place that I have ever been waxed!  Such amazingly nice people, and a super clean and very classy building.  The entrance is a little weird to find at first using google maps, but it definitely wasn't a big deal.  The prices aren't bad either, especially for the quality of service.  I also really like the products they offer.  I can't remember the name of the person who I got waxed from, but she was super chill and I felt instantly comfortable, not to mention she really minimized the pain.

Awful experience. I've been to the Lynnwood location for sugaring and that was great. I decided to try eyelash extensions before I go on vacation. Showed up to my appointment, the appointment before me ran 10 minutes late. Finally someone came up to the front to acknowledge I was there. Unfortunately it looks like the one who was going to do my lashes called out sick, but I was never notified. The person working said there was nothing she could do and didn't even offer me any other alternatives. Horrible customer service, so disappointed and what a waste of a Saturday. Never going back again, and will NOT recommend to anyone.
