Best BBQ I have ever had! The smoked turkey sandwich is so moist, it doesn't need condiments. Every side they have is delicious and the fried pickles are stellar! Even their desserts are great.  Chocolate chip cake is amazing and the smoked chocolate chip cookie is addictive!

Went in pretty late and got some brisket and turkey with brisket beans and coleslaw. The brisket was tender however it could have been smoked a little more. The smoke ring wasn’t as apparent as we would’ve liked. The turkey was a little dry but had good flavor. The brisket beans were very flavorful and were a nice surprise. The coleslaw was fresh snd very good. Great selection of sauces-something for everyone. The price also wasn’t too bad but the portion of meat could’ve been larger.

We love Sugarfire! Their food never disappoints. They have some staple items that are always on the menu, but half the fun is going to see what their daily menu items are (which you can also find on Facebook). Although they are a little pricey, it's definitely worth a trip. I would expect to wait if you go during peak lunch/dinner hours. If you delay, they may sell out of your desired item. Don't forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie; they surprise you with a compliment of sea salt.
P.S. Portions are huge.

I love every Sugarfire location and this is no different. The food is amazing.  I just wish there was less communal seating at each one of these restaurants - but I guess it's their thing. It won't stop me from coming back any time soon!

Locally sourced meat, expertly prepared, and served in a fun, casual environment. Their specials range from over-wrought messes, to genuinely genius creations of deliciousness. Some of the best BBQ, and perhaps the best burger, in the STL metro area. It's almost always crowded and loud. If you don't like your BBQ that way, then steer clear because you'll just be unhappy in the dining room.
