The cake was 27$ 
It was dry and flavorless. 
We were so disappointed. 
It was supposed to be a great way to end a fun birthday. Instead the crowd was let down. 
I'm not one to complain ever, but it was so bad that I called. Spoke to a counter person who said the owner would call me back. Never received a rerun call. I called again  to no avail. 
In the age of Yelp and google reviews, you should do your best to accommodate a dissatisfied customer. 
My 1 star rating is a reflection of both an unsatisfactory cake, and less than personable customer service.

The staff is very rude. I said "Good Morning " and she gave me a nasty look. She acted like I was bothering her. I will not be coming back.
