They helped finance my first vehicle at a decent rate but they failed to correctly report my credit for TWO YEARS. Also, I set up autopay through them and for about 4 months the payment wouldn't automatically come out at all. Of the 4 times it happened, they only called and notified me once. The rest of the time I had to keep checking to make sure they took the payment out. When I complained about the issues above they passed the buck to another company/program that they used.
The Western Indiana Credit Union is an amazing bank. They all went above and beyond when we lost our dear son Casey GETTINGER. We appreciate each and everyone of you We Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.
