Pretty decent layout and assortment of shops and places to get food.  New Goodwill is great.  Conveniently has a post office.  

Big drawback is that there's no direct connection to the hotel/restaurant section where Eggspectation is.  You either have to wind around behind the shopping strip or you have to go out to the main road and around to the next light, either of which is a pain.  Needs a cut through.

positives: multiple parking lot entrances (2 on Westfield, one on Sequoia Farms), convenient lunch for the Westfield area office buildings, same dry-cleaner that my family has been going to for almost 30 years
Negatives: revolving spaces - some restaurants, but also the large grocery store space has seen more businesses in the past 5 years than I've kept track of. And the parking lot layout really doesn't make sense to people who haven't driven through it before.

This plaza has slowly been getting better these past 6 months. Still have the old Safeway empty, but there is hope, especially with Wegmans opening in the next 8 months or so
