I hated dealing with this company.  Several hours late to the appointment (and would pick up the phone the entire time) and gave me a hard time when getting a new home septic inspection.  The power happened to be turned off the day before and if they would have only answered the phone I could have rescheduled.  When they showed up, they charged full price for the inspection even though it couldn't be completed.  Oh, and when he dropped the cover into the tank, he said "I guess I'll get that out".  Like it was not his fault in the first place.  I will gladly pay more to use another company.
