The agents here try to get every single cent out of you, but the apartments are pretty decent, no bugs or anything like that. Great little apartments tucked away in a corner you can’t really find so there is definitely privacy.

I am shocked at the low ratings people have given this place. My wife and I recently renewed our lease after being here for almost a year, we've never had any issues, our neighbors are quiet, the property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. While my interactions with the front office staff have been mostly limited to picking up packages, I've never had any issues and have found them to be nothing but friendly and helpful. We love our apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to someone searching for an apartment.

I have lived here close to 3 years and just signed up to transfer to a 3 bedroom in the summer. Honestly, other than some minor issues with upstairs neighbors walking loudly and things like that, I have been very happy living here. Safety has never been a problem, in fact there are several officers who live in the complex and I'm sure they have researched the safety data prior to moving there thoroughly! Prior to signing new lease a few days ago, I did a comparison with 4-5 different apartment complexes in the area and Summer Park had much better prices, amenities, and leasing agent friendliness and helpfulness! They go out of their way to set up resident community events frequently and keep the complex well maintained.

My rating is based on the location of our apartment unit. Pool view. They pool area is very loud almost all the time. We've witnessed a physical altercation here, they have Bluetooth speakers that anyone can connect their loud music to, TV outside by the pool gets left on all night, kids smoke weed down there at night. Some of the office staff is rude, however if you are having issues with your apartment they are quick to fix. We've had several issues paying rent with their online bill pay (the only way to pay rent here) and they charge you $100 if there's an issue and your payment doesn't go through. Also if you try to pay rent with a debit card or credit card number they charge $100. You have to give them your routing number or else there is an outrageous fee that they make you pay in a 24 hour period and threaten to take legal action if that's not done. Even tho they have pest control there is wasp nests right outside our porch that we are told they can't do anything about, when maintenance comes they walk right in without knocking which is unsettling if you are home during the day and not expecting them. Will not be renewing our lease here, they told us we are not allowed to make online payments anymore because they have a complicated bill paying policy and make us pay rent on a rent card. Even though they've managed to take 300$ from us in loophole fees. I could go on....
