The rooms are always super clean but not usually stocked. It's right by the beach with 2 pools.

Rented Unit #200 from Scott

The location was perfect. But we had a major issue towards the end of our vacation. My wife who is 6 months pregnant was sneezing and coughing all week. So after our 4th day I decided to check the air conditioner and what I found was very disturbing. The black mold inside and outside the air conditioner wall unit was spread everywhere. I took it upon myself to go buy cleaning supplies and most importantly bleach and clean the unit myself. I told my wife to take our toddler and leave for a few hours. I have all the picture to prove it. I contacted Andrea at the front desk to let her know and showed her the pictures. She was left speechless. She told me to contact Bruce ASAP. I haven't done so yet but intend to. This was not acceptable to me my pregnant wife and our 2 year old.

My family and I have rented the same unit for 3 years #224. We love love love Summer Sands Condo. They have so many amenities just steps from the beach.
