This place has SO much potential. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. The problem lies with the owner and simply being cheap. The unlimited wash deal is cool. Unfortunately the equipment is broken almost all the time.

Bought the Diamond monthly wash. Was only able to use it once. I stopped by multiple times, and they are almost constantly understaffed. Even when I called the day before and made an appointnent, they could not take me in. Another time, they were closed for repairs. Another time, it was 26 degrees, and told me that they had ice on the brushes. Shall I go on? Very poorly managed business....

I come to the place all the time. It’s basically in my dad’s backyard. It goes back and fourth from being horrible to great. Current staff works hard, but the place is constantly understaffed and the workers make sure you know it. This place has great potential,  but it is poorly run, poorly staffed, and poorly maintained. I go because it’s close and I have the app. If another place opened up nearby with the same app specials... I’d likely go there.
