I just called into the Fiscal office for information, from the first phone call with Stephanie to being transferred to Elizabeth, each were kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had forgot one thing and called back and even Shirley was sweet! This was at 7:30 am. Usually you don't find this many people in one place this happy that early :) ~ Go girls! I am most certainly moving out of summit county before very long. I have the most snitching neighbors first of all. The fiscal office came out for "new construction" basically they want to use me building a cheap little storage shed to raise my taxes. Someone had to call them. I'm sure they tried the building department first and they informed them you can build a 200sq ft storage shed with no permit here. This is unheard of in stark county. Property taxes are 1/4 the rate in stark county as they are in summit county.  I guess they want us to foot the bill for all the section 8 people

This is arguably the worst tax related website in the State of Ohio, and I have worked on almost every website in the state.  The information is inaccurate, it is difficult to navigate the site, there is no link to the tax map.  I charge extra to work in this county
