The front office is very nice and helpful no problems

Not a walk in clinic, but it says it is a walkin clinic.  And why did the doctor not tell me that when I first arrived instead of making me wait 45 minutes?!?  Horrible service.

This is a clinic that services our community - it is not a hospital nor is it a critical care center.  They do a great job - and can reference you to another doctor if needed or to the hospital in Show Low - which, by the way, has an excellent ER.

My husband sliced his hand open during our camping trip and this place was the closest to us versus having to drive 39 miles to Showlow. The staff was amazing as each member was attentive, kind and humorous!  They made light of a situation that could have otherwise put a damper on our trip. Some laughs and a few stitches later, we were out of there in less than an hour. Great service overall

I went to the clinic because I couldn't keep anything down. Dr Bornstein was wonderful! He was attentive and kind. He took te time to listen, which isnt always the case. He prescribed me medications and gave me some helpful hints on how to start keeping things down again. I thank the staff of this clinic, I can't believe some of the reviews here, it is almost like it wasn't the same pleace that I went!
