Called and asked if 10 pound boxes of chicken were cut, was told YES. Drove 20 minutes to get chicken, got to the register, asked again, "Are the Leg Quarters cut?" Was told Yes. Get home... NOT CUT. Called back and was told, "Bring them back up and we will cut them for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!" Drove back 20 minutes and was told, we charge $5 to cut (was not told this when instructed to come get them cut). Overall a good experience but was not compensated for being given false information that cause me a lot of unnecessary back and forth driving. They did not care simply because, loosing 1 customer means nothing to them.
