I'm speechless, it's a good thing I can still type ;) This company is truly amazing. I called at about 11am and asked for a same day delivery that was pretty important for me, but had an unreasonable timeframe--between 4:30-5pm--within 30 minutes of when they closed.

They said "no problem, we'll get it done" They were right on mark, arriving before 5pm, but my wife got delayed and wasn't home. They called and I wasn't able to pick up the call. They called me twice, and I was unable to respond due to work obligations. 

Around 6:30pm, a very courteous man returned and delivered the flowers when my wife was home, and even gave some advice on how to keep them alive for as long as possible.

THANK YOU Sun City Florists! I would recommend you to anyone!

I bought flowers for my step mom who lives there in Arizona I told them the colors and my budget and I feel like they over delivered for me. Ilive in Ohio so I will definitely use them for now on!!!

I called this shop 15m before closing the day before the Fourth of July asking if they could send my mom get well flowers the next day. They were closed the next day bc of the holiday but the woman that answered the phone asked if they could deliver that night. I was so thankful because my mom was in the hospital and had had a rough recovery. The owner of the shop picked out a wonderful assortment of flowers and it certainly brightened my mom's day! Thanks to this shop. They were/are amazing!!

First let me say my experience was fantastic!  Being from out of state and having to find a floral shop by internet is anxiety producing.  Having called a number of places trying to find one that delivers to Surprise AZ, I finally found this one.  Spoke with Dawn, who helped me with my order:  60 deep pink roses to be delivered in 2 days.  She recommended the "Pink Floyd" rose (a favorite band of mine to boot!) which was a deep, hot pink, with a large head and tall stems.  Although she couldn't direct me to the exact item, she showed me a flower on their site that was the exact shade I was looking for.  Perfect!  Dawn was very patient in calming my reservations, from the size and color of the rose to the vessel that would hold them.  She assured me that their standards are high and I would not be disappointed.  I asked if she could text me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it, and she had no hesitation in doing so - sending 2 pictures to my phone.  I also asked if I could be given a window of time as to when they would be delivered, so I could let people (other than the recipient) know when to expect them and make sure the recipient was there, and Dawn said she could call me either the the day before or early on the day of delivery (I don't remember which it was) and let me know - which she did, and I was able to give advance notice of the delivery window.  That is and was extremely helpful and Dawn accommodated me without hesitation.  The person received them and stated they were stunning - also sending me pictures.  The huge, heavy, clear glass vase held the 5 dozen roses very well.  Very simple and classic.  As I'd read reviews of other florists indicating their flowers didn't hold up well, I asked the recipient to let me know after about 5 days how this arrangement was doing.  At day 9 it was reported that all the roses were doing very well, and JUST starting to "nod" their heads.  We were both very impressed by this, as it meant the flowers were very fresh and so lasted longer than might be expected.  I also must say that the price charged was very reasonable.  I was expecting to pay a relatively exorbitant price, feeling gouged, and not wanting to return or recommend them.  That certainly was not the case.  I feel the price charged was agreeable and reasonable, and considering the circumstances - beautiful roses and arrangement in a hefty (not flimsy or cheap) vase, with flowers lasting 9 days, pictures texted to me and informing me of a delivery window - well worth it. I would recommend this florist, and employee Dawn!, to anyone considering using them. Both the recipient and I are extremely pleased with the outcome.  If I, or anyone  I know, would need to use their services again, I would have no hesitation in using Sun City  Florists on N Del Webb Blvd in Sun City AZ.  Congrats to them for having high standards and reasonable prices!!

Very happy with their customer service.  They stand behind their products and want the customer to be satisfied.  I have family and friends in the Sun City area and they will be using this florist.
