I love the personal service from this cleaners. I have never been disappointed with the service  even when I had clothes with cat pee on them.

NEVER GO TO ANY OF THESE PLACES! SERIOUSLY! I bought a brand new tie on 8/6/16 from Macy's. I wore it to a wedding that weekend in Ohio. I had another wedding 2 weeks later so I decided to take my suit to the local Sun Country Cleaners. When I picked up the tie, it was RUINED! It literally looked like I bought it a thrift store. The nice woman that helped me let me know she was very sorry and she would issue me a check for the amount of the tie and the amount it cost to get the tie dry cleaned. She told me it would be a couple weeks so I said that's fine. They wanted to make it right and I was appreciative of that. A few weeks go by and I called a few times checking in, they assured me I would be receiving the check shortly. I received a call from the CEO of the company. He said after further reviewing it he could only issue me a credit, not a check for the property that they damaged. He also stated that he could not prove that they were responsible for this after the nice woman that helped me, told them that the tie was a different shade of blue before they cleaned it. She told me that over the phone, she remembered me. I have pictures as well to prove this which I offered to show the CEO, he hung up on me because 'we were going around and around about his decision'. On top of that, they currently have my ruined tie and will not return it to me. The CEO is the absolute worst when it comes to handling customer service. You can keep the credit; I refuse to ever go back again.

Horrible experience, just horrible!!! I have to constantly return things, they even lost a piece to my uniform and gave me someone else's. My uniforms look the same way they did when I dropped them off the only difference was the crease. They were still dirty!!

I took eight men's button up shirts, long and short sleeves ,to be pressed and washed. To my disappointment I came to find the creases did not match up to the seams on the shirt nor were all the wrinkles removed. I will not return to this location.

Staff is very nice. Fast service. Good price. Clothes look great.
