With my daughter running local offense,  Corey Blade rented a home to me while I was still out of state en route from 4700 miles away. Corey maintains good contact, sends out a very competent repairman to fix anything broken, and gives clear answers to questions. I found a newly painted home, inside and out, when I rolled up ready to unload a trailer. Still renting the same home 10 mo later.

Not a good company to work for. They’ll hire just about anyone. My property’s HR director never submitted my direct deposit paperwork. I never got direct deposit and I had to cash out my final check. Workplace culture is toxic and feels like you’re walking on egg shells. One of the front desk agents is a thief and treats the FD team like just individuals not family. It’s all a part time gig to a lot of them.

Very poor/weak leadership from a Corporate Level. Sun Development has proven to me that there is a high level of incompetence and a lack in the ability to construct/build long-term strategies.  Example:  The Corporate Team comes in to have a property-level meeting with the Sales Department over reviewing the current budget.  The Corporate HR Director was in attendance.  She did not once, make eye contact, greet us, say hello, not even acknowledge that we were there for an entire 3 hour meeting.  This is a perfect representation of the entire Corporate Team from the President down.

Poor management, unprofessional, micromanaging, and toxic summaries my personal experience with this company.

does not pay construction sub-contractors on time. Uses stall tactics when attempting to get payment information updates.
