The Sun Inn was built by the Moravians in 1758, and operated as an inn for over 200 years. It is now a museum - a snapshot in time of 18th century lodgings
The mission of the Sun Inn Preservation Association is to maintain the Sun Inn building and tell the story of the Moravian Sun Inn of Bethlehem and it’s contribution to this community. This is accomplished through fundraisers, themed events, historic lecture series, school tours and public tours.
