Went in today to get Shellac removed and Hannah was soooooo unprofessional.  She had an attitude when I stated I did not want another shellac service.  I got a basic manicure.  She kept pushing my hand and the gentleman who I assume is the boss, asked her a question in their language. She responded with a smile "I got manicure now".  She rushed and my nails that were not that great and after that soap you wash with, they were very dry. No lotion or cuticle oil! Guess I was too cheap. She did not say thank you afterwards. She simply got up and went to the pedicure station.  Big BUCKS!  Please note: Anyone who walks through your door is a customer and should be treated as such whether they spend $5 or $65.  I will not return after two faithful years. Hannah made it obvious the more you spend the better your treatment. However, judging by other reviews, its all about the $$.  Customer service should always remembered. I will say that Adam was joy in the past. He is the reason for two stars and not one.

I finally gave up on my old salon because they never did what I asked. Went here for the first time and had an awesome experience. Zee was great and she has a new regular.

I am rating the experience I had today. My normal guy had the day off, Cu so I  went to this guy named Jason. He started off good then all of a sudden he snapped at me very rudely and told me not to touch my nails after he filed them. He snapped at me twice. I looked at him and said that I didn't touch them. (And if I did they are nails). Horrible customer service. You don't talk to someone who is paying you the way Jason did. Then when it was time to pay he was showing his teeth waiting for a tip WTH! This isn't my normal experience at this nail salon. Usually they are very nice. If I return and Cu isn't available, I will not go to Jason ever again. He has a horrible attitude.

I've never felt so violated and disrespected. I came in to get shellac done and the man doing my nails was extremely disrespectful, intrusive and inappropriate. He kept rubbing my arm and asked me if I wanted a pedicure several times so that "I could get a nice massage". He also kept asking me personal questions about how many men I've dated etc. I began to ignore him out of discomfort. At the end of the manicure he began massaging my hands very roughly and asked me if he was hurting me (probably because I winced) and I said I was fine and ready to go but then proceeded to massage my other hand in an even rougher manner. He was literally pounding his fist on my hand and asking me if it hurt in a mocking manner. I honestly am so angry at myself for not speaking up or leaving as soon as he began speaking suggestively to me but I'm writing this comment in the hopes that none of you will ever have to go there and receive the same disrespectful and uncomfortable treatment. Save your money. There are plenty of other nail salons around the area.
