I needed to get my daughter to the Houston airport and after driving her around for five days sightseeing, thinking about the 3 hr round trip to just drop her curbside for her flight home, was not a pleasant one, especially since just moving here and getting lost in picking her up. I called several limo services only to get answering machines on both business and cell phones! Frustrating. I even called a mortuary who offered limo service but refused to drive into Houston. I called Sun Travel (twice in fact), got a human both times and they quoted me an exact price on the phone. The driver showed up EARLY (better than late) on the departure date and was pleasant and polite as could be. Dressed professionally, clean and courteous.TWO THUMBS WAY UP!

I have had the pleasure of riding on this bus line and each time has been a pleasure. The drivers very polite, professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend them for any type of trip.

We used Sun Travel last summer. We rented one bus for one week. We traveled in the hottest part of summer. The bus we were given picked us up with a/c problems with in an hour we were without a/c for the whole bus. we were given the option of stopping our trip and waiting on a bus or traveling on with no a/c. its hard to find a hotel just randomly along the way that has 18 rooms for a bunch of teenagers and to forfeit the hotel payment because you can't cancel the day of. They said they would fix it that night. The next morning, no a/c we traveled all day again suffering, and then 1 hour before our arrival the bus overheats. The driver would then turn on the heat to keep it from over heating or we were given the option to postpone our trip another 6 hours for a new bus. Our compensation for our troubles. An apology, and a discount on our bill. Bad equipment, not well maintained literally burned us. Good news is that the driver told us they do have one good bus in the stable just not the bus we were given.
