With other options in the valley I would spend the money on gas to go to any other car wash.  The price for the vacuum is $2 (instead of $.75) The coin operated self wash is $4.00 to start (instead of $2.50) and only has 4 options when other car washes have 7 or 8. If you expect a spot free rinse it rarely works, and the foam brush will eat up about a minute and a half just to get the foam started, and don't expect a refund. If you use the drive through wash be careful any car larger than an explorer will get scratched by the old equipment.
There is no effort to remedy any of this. They know they are the only option in the north part of the valley and people will keep showing up. 
If you stop showing up things might change!
