Jill and her staff are great.  They are highly trained individuals that make yoga classes fun and interesting.  They teach alternate poses if you are not physically able to perform the standard poses.  I find her instructors really encouraging.  The classes are really relaxing and I look forward to attending them.

Jill is a very understanding and helpful person. She takes the time to understand your needs. I highly recommend her and all of the instructors who operate in her facility.
