Went to get warranty work done on a pair of sunglasses. As I was walking the door she was making a person call and continued the talk on the phone for a minute before coming to the desk where I was waiting. When she finally got to the desk she was not very helpful I had to explain the problem 3 or 4 times. At this point it became more trouble than it’s worth. It’s hard to have a good experience with these sunglasses huts near Plano.

I would have hated to even give the above 1 stat as well. There was a lady there and she was rude. I am waiting for the day this store is closed. She says you are moving too many glasses. Go work for Amazon at a sorting facility if you cannot deal with customers.

Good selection but service could be better.

Avoid this store and go north a couple miles. Unless you love getting attitude. The manager Lula is aggressive and full of attitude.
