The employees have no manners...i told one of the staff who was going to do my full face i told her that i wanted to thread since face is a sensitive area.And she was like "well it will hurt you more" and i was okay with the pain.But when i sat on the chair she put hot wax on my cheeks and it was the week before my school started and she left a burn and from that point on i have been getting recurring acne and left a scar and it has been almost 3 years and i still get acne on the same spot and the scar shows.They don't care about your needs they only care how fast they can do it.Plus i wanted to learn threading and they do offer threading classes its in their website and whenever i called they said they never did threading class.Girl why you lying it pisses me off.

Relatively cheap prices and excellent skills but poor customer service

This place is horrible. The employees are very rude, especially Maggi. They are always talking loudly to each other while performing services to clients. The service is also very bad. Do not get your face waxed here or you will end up with permanent burn scars all over your face like I did. I will never go back here. DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE
