I waited hours and hours just to have to come back and wait 6 more hours for a vin inspection. Even when my turn came around they would find someone else to help to avoid doing it (I guess they don't like it?) It's pretty much more convenient to just break the law and pay the fine than go here for anything. It's so bad you'd swear that's what their mission statement is, to suck.

They are really slow. They don't like to do VIN inspections. When I went they had us waiting for hours. At one point they all went to lunch and the employees coming back from lunch took another hour to log back in. This place is a joke they have no sense of urgency. Please avoid coming to this location.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's miserable to deal with each and everytime my wife or myself come here for anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you're able to.

Rude, slow, unhelpful, worthless. Called ahead, was told (lied to about) what documentation I needed. Waited two hours with only 3 people ahead of me. 7 windows, 2 workers. One on booth, one at information desk texting and on YouTube. Got to window, was told I didn't had the right documents and that no one who I'd spoken to on the phone worked there. Asked them to confirm their phone number and they said I, and the internet, had it wrong. I called it and watched the phone ring as teller ignored it. The main teller could barely speak English and was rude beyond all belief. Don't waste your time here, just go to Las Cruces. Hope their business here goes under and they're fired; these people have no business in "customer service" jobs.
