They were very accommodating. I did not have an appointment. Not very familiar with artificial nails to date so it was confusing. I felt they were not as helpful as they could have been. Nails were done very quickly. They look " very" fake. 3 days later they are lifting at my nail bed

Sunny is awesome- her salon is friendly and comfortable. Thank you so much for squeezing me in- my nails look great & some pampering was just what I needed! I will definitely be back!!!

Long story short, my first experience was not very good. The staff was very nice, and the owner, Sunny, was so sweet but the actual service on my nails was not. I struggled with going back to Sunny's or to just go to the mall. I decided to go back to see if there was anything they could do for me and how they would handle it. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the owner herself to inquire about the challenge I had with my nails. She had me come back and we talked and she suggested a different nail service. Sunny personally worked on my nails, very carefully, to soak the acrylic off, and then handed me to an associate to give me a powder nail manicure. She was also very careful and did an excellent job. When I left that second time, I was very impressed by the level of professionalism, the kindness they showed me and the end result of how wonderful my nails looked. One more thing to mention, there was not one cut or nick on my cuticles, which to me is very important, it makes the nails look polished.

A very nice establishment with wonderful workers. A great place to relax and be pampered.

I took my stepdaughter and two granddaughters for mani/pedi's and we all agreed they did a great job. We are not from the area but are staying in nearby Ludlow where there aren't any nail salons and are so happy we made the trek to Rutland. We are from the NJ/NY area and are used to very professional shops and this one did a pretty good job for a great price. We have soft, smooth hands and feet. One suggestion would to get some new polishes, not a lot of choices and some look like they have been around a while. I think our nails would have looked even better with new polish.
