I was searching for a home for my parents and found Sunnyhills to have a pleasant atmosphere.  The staff were very helpfully and friendly I would definitely  recommend  them to anyone who is  looking for a place for there parents and or grandparents.

Have resided in Sunnyhills for the past twenty years.  It is a beautiful park, well maintained  and  is a safe neighborhood for seniors!  The management staff is wonderful - and respond quickly to any issues that might arise.  Check it out!!!!!!

One of my favorite mobile home parks in the Orcutt area. Wonderful staff, friendly residents and a community where residents look out for each other.
