Sales manager was awesome, salesman...not so much. The salesman was perky until i started to work the deal for more on my trade in, then he started slouching in his chair showing lack of desire. If it wasnt for the sales manager i would have left. The lack of after sale follow up was disappointing. I don't know if i will return.

The staff provides excellent customer service and communication. We traveled from Toronto after talking with them on the phone to purchase a car that they had advertised. The process was simple and customer oriented. Thank you Michael and Brian!

Purchased new 2k3 & 2k5 dodge, g. caravans, also used 2k3 & 2k7 chrysler, t&c all have good serviced there (with loaner), now would like robert, brian, & Mark to find another used replacement for large 2003 t&c.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a used car from Sunnyside less than a month ago. Yesterday, I get a weird error message and the buttons on my steering wheel stopped working. When I called, upset that the car needed repair before my first payment even went through, they responded with confusion that I even called. They sell broken, or near broken cars. Don't go here, give your business to somewhere reputable.
