I had always gone here for oil changes and when they told me they could fix my ac for 300 when pep boys told me 1200 I jumped on the deal.. first off it's hard to get in to be seen because they don't make appointments and are only open till 5 pm so for a job like fixing the ac you have to be there by 1pm which is hard for someone who works and even harder during the school semester ( since I'm a student). Secondly since I bought my own part ( because a family friend was originally going to fix it but that fell through) the owner and everyone else I dealt with made a point to tell me they weren't liable for if the part doesn't work. Which I completely understood and I didn't expect them to be. So I took my car in and signed the paper work my car was there for 8 hours even though I was told it was a 3 hour job and finally when I got it the ac worked great.. Next day not so much. My dad checked my car out and he had to replace the coolant then it worked but later that night it stopped.. So clearly there was a leak but when I took my car back to see if they could check for the leak I was met by an extremely unpleasant woman who I believe was named gypsy.. She told me that there was no warranty on the part ( which I knew) AND now warranty on the labor.. This was complete news to me no one had said anything like that the first time I was there and they had gone back on paperwork AFTER I signed and wrote that in. So even though the part ( which I now know 100% was not the issue) worked and that it was a mistake on their part they still wouldn't fix it unless I PAID MORE! My dad told me to take my car and leave so I did. Not being responsible for a part you didn't purchase is understandable but at least take responsibility for your work. The owner when I told him pep boys price told me that they were just crooks .. But these people are just as bad if not worse. If I had gone to pep boys perhaps the work would have been done right the first time. I will not be coming back to this Sunoco or probably any for that matter, not even for an oil change. ****** UPDATE****** A customer should do research and I did I looked into a few different places to fix my car and decided to put my trust in this establishment... Which is something I shouldn't have done. After taking my car else where our suspicions have been confirmed that the problem was not the part but the terrible work done on the car. There were two major leaks, and the bolts were not tightened... Is that my fault... or the person who installed it? I had no previous issues with this place and had always gone here for oil changes and what not, but after this experience they have lost my trust.

this place is something else., they tell you one price even had paperwork that shown that they charged me a different price, then stated that it was done wrong. still charged me more. I advise them I wouldn't be coming back, she stated sorry.

This place is a small business trying to keep afloat in a very big pond . The prices are far and the techs that work there are honest. There are always the bad apples every so often. As consumers we have a RESPONSIBILITY to be and keep ourselves informed . If you get taken for a ride it is your fault . You didn't research your problem or take the time to investigate your salutations. This shop specifically the owner has walked through hell personally to make sure me and my family were taken care of as well as ever other person I have ever known to frequent this place . For those of witch that are dissatisfied with the services try doing the repair yourself next time ........... in short I love the place and will continue to bring all my family's vehicles there . P.s. burger King says you can have it your way too in there slogan but do you really get it your way ? Or do you get YOUR choose of the preset options available?

Our wiper fluid lines froze while on 270 during a snow storm. We pulled off and Trey helped us get it working again. Took only a couple of minutes and Trey politely told us "Merry late xmas"...did not charge us for the service. Thanks Trey and team!
