I've been to this store many many times for late-night snacks and quick gas fill ups as it is conveniently near my home. I came here today to fill up gas and to buy the $0.99 1 liter bottles of Brisk Tea as I often do, only to find that the labels hadn't been changed to show the recent price increase of $1.29 per bottle. It wasn't that I was upset at the price increase, but the unprofessional attitude of the cashier when I called it to his attention. I've always praised the owner for the great customer service that his employees always give but today I'm very dissatisfied. The cashier rolled his eyes at me, walked away from me and went into the back of the store and returned to throw $0.60 in my hand and dismissed me as if I were a bother to him. Sad to say I will not be a returning customer.

I had a great experience recently at Ashburn Village Sunoco and strongly recommend them to anyone in the area. After another shop nearby misdiagnosed an issue (and made it worse), I came here for a second opinion. John and Marty were able to find the issue, and were very helpful as far as explaining the mistake made by the other shop, and advising on how to handle returning the bad part. Sure enough, their fix eliminated the problems caused by the other shop and was also MUCH less expensive (turns out the other shop intentionally ripped me off). While this was going on, I had several phone conversations with the owner, John, and he was patient with me and explained everything very clearly. I am confident that Ashburn Village Sunoco is trustworthy and does good work. I have already been back for another service and that went smoothly as well. Thanks guys!

I love these guys!  They are always looking out for my best interests and provide courteous, professional, and top notch service!  As a woman, I have consistently been met with mechanics over the years that want to take advantage.  This never happens at Sunoco Ashburn Village!  I will never take my car anywhere else!

Update:  Still loving this place.  Asburn Village Sunoco still has THE best service in town.

Hometown service & hometown prices, I have lived in the Ashburn area for to years and have hated going to the corporate take  a number wait 2 plus hours to get your car serviced. I started asking around where can I find a service center that treat you like your their neighbor. Well folks the Ashburn Village Sunoco is that place. Thank you Walter for turning me on to them. Fantastic service great prices and no one trying to up sell.

I love this place.  They were so friendly and knew just what I needed for my car.  Service was done the very next day.  I will be returning.
